Questions about exercise physiology

What's the difference between exercise physiology and physiotherapy?

Both use movement. Physiotherapy often includes hands-on treatment and acute injury care; exercise physiology focuses on structured exercise for long-term conditions and capacity. Many clients benefit from both, and our team works together.

Do I need to be fit to start?

No. Programs start from wherever you are — many begin with gentle, seated or supported exercise.

Is exercise physiology covered by the NDIS?

Yes. We are a registered NDIS provider and work with all plan management types.
