Feedback and complaints

We want to hear what we're doing well and where we can do better. Raising a concern will never affect the care you receive.

How to raise a concern

  1. Talk to your physiotherapist

Many concerns can be sorted out quickly with the clinician you see. You're also welcome to ask to see a different practitioner.

  2. Contact us directly

Email physio@vitalmotion.com.au, call (02) 8111 5836 or use our contact form. Our principal physiotherapist reviews every complaint. We acknowledge complaints within two business days and aim to resolve them within 21 days.

  3. Contact an independent body

Our physiotherapists are registered with Ahpra. Concerns about a practitioner can be raised at ahpra.gov.au. Health service complaints in NSW can go to the Health Care Complaints Commission at hccc.nsw.gov.au. NDIS participants can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544.

Workers compensation and CTP patients

If your concern relates to how your claim is being handled rather than your treatment, the Independent Review Office (iro.nsw.gov.au, 13 94 76) provides free, independent help to injured workers and people with CTP claims in NSW.

We can arrange an interpreter for any feedback or complaint conversation.
